Hi, I’m Norma, welcome to my blog. This blog is for people that are tired of being tired. What I’m trying to say is that we are so worried about meeting the needs of our family and we forget about ourselves. We continue working on building. Our dreams without realizing that we are building castles in the sky or that our ladder is leaning on the wrong wall.
That girl grew up and became a woman and later she become a single mother. One day she heard about of a country called United States of America, a nation known as the land where the dreams became a reality. She then migrated and founded a world full of possibilities, but with many shortcomings at the same time. She got married and had another child, but not only that, now she had more than one house, more than one car. Gradually she got what she didn’t in her childhood. After hard work and dedication, she was able to do what she loved, she became a nurse assistant in a federal hospital. It was her dream job. She got very excited, thinking about saving money for the golden years, but surprise surprise… her first check was cut forty percent. She literally almost had a heart attack. However, she didn’t give up and began to work overtime during the rest of the year thinking that it was her way to make some extra money. When the tax season came, Uncle Sam charged her a big amount of money arguing that she made to much money according to the economic limit for those who are employees. Perhaps this is something that you can relate with because it happen to you. Right? She didn`t give up and continued looking for other options to accomplish her purpose and decided to return to the university to finish her nursing carrier.
One day searching through her books, she found a book that someone forgot on her house called “Rich Dad Poor Dad from Robert Kiyosaki.” As soon she stared reading the book, she notices many paradigms. Now she understood why many retired people continue to work even though some of them can barely walk. She couldn’t believable how after 30 or 40 years working for their retirement benefits, they only were able to receive 40 percent of their pay check. At that point she felt sorry for herself, imagining how her future will be if she continued doing the same thing. She cried thinking about her patients that can`t afford a private care and refuse to be admitted on Nursing Homes and Assistant Livings. People that worked hard during their good years and now don`t have the money to pay for a well deserve care facility.
That person whom I been talking about Its ME. From that day I realized, YES, I realized that we had everything at home, but I was the one who was missing.
I gain a lot of weight, I was getting sick very often, my little son was growing up and I wasn`t there for his first words and his first steps. Sometimes while at work, my mind wondered about his performances, games and recitals that I couldn’t assist.
Don’t get me wrong I love my job because it allows me to help others. However, I hated not been able to spend time with my family.
As I said in the beginning, my mission with this blog is to work and walk with you building step by step a new way to generate residual income. A residual income is first based on a Mindset. Why? Because you have to realized that you are personally responsible for what you have and nothing in life is going to change unless you change it. Secondly, to understand that “Networking” is people coming together to exchange values in products and services for mutual benefit. Thirdly “Marketing “is putting that values out there through social media. Putting it together Network Marketing it’s a social revolution of which we have been part and have never been paid for that. I know that it’s a big challenge, but the price is worth it.
If you realized that even one word of my blog intro, make sense and you are the kind of person who loves to help others, I encourage you to get up and take control of your life. After all, you are a King or Queen. Remember marvelous things are waiting for you, let’s walk this path “United for Success”
